Report an incorrect offer

Include the page address, provider and plan name, what differs from the official page, and when you checked it. Link to the public source if possible. This helps us reproduce the discrepancy without accessing your account.

Hosting orders and support

We do not sell hosting or access provider accounts. Questions about payment, cancellation, refunds or a running server belong with the provider you purchased from.

Privacy requests

Use the email above for questions about information you sent to the operator or to request deletion of a message. Do not include identity documents, payment details, passwords or verification codes.

Public technical reports

You may also report a non-sensitive site bug through the public GitHub issue tracker. Issues are visible to other visitors; use email for private questions. We do not promise a response deadline.
